Tonya White is the founder of Catalyst AI Advisory, where she helps business leaders make thoughtful decisions about how to use artificial intelligence in ways that create real value.

With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, financial services, consulting, and professional speaking, Tonya brings a people-centered perspective to technology. She understands that AI can open new possibilities, but successful adoption is about more than tools. It requires good judgment, clear priorities, responsible practices, and an understanding of how technology affects people and the way they work.

Through Catalyst AI Advisory, Tonya helps organizations explore opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and growth while also considering privacy, risk, governance, and responsible AI use.

She holds an MBA and several professional financial credentials and is currently completing two AI consulting certification programs. Her specialties include AI strategy, business value assessment, organizational readiness, responsible AI adoption, workflow opportunities, and helping leaders determine where AI makes sense for their business.

Giving back is an important part of Tonya’s work and life. Her business has been recognized as a Socially Conscious Business, reflecting her commitment to supporting causes and organizations that make a positive difference. She has contributed to Influence With Love and has also supported a clean water project in Africa through Servant Leader Charities. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and creative projects.
