Integrated campaigns

One message, carried across every channel the chamber runs.

Membership includes marketing that the chamber's team carries out with you. This page shows how that work gets done: the channels that carry your message, what each level runs, and how one campaign comes together from the first asset to the final report.

Where your message runs

Six channels, one plan.

A campaign is not a stack of separate favors. Each placement points to the same page, carries the same message and runs on a date that makes sense next to the others.

Website

Your event on the chamber's events calendar, a featured spot on the homepage when the campaign calls for one, and your directory profile as the page everything links back to.

Newsletter

A featured spotlight in the chamber newsletter, written by our team, with one clear call to action. Member lists stay private: the spotlight carries your message to members.

Social media

Campaigns on the chamber's Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, in English and Spanish, tagged to your accounts so your own followers can share them.

Newsroom

An editorial post on sfbayhcc.com, written with your spokesperson and built around your people and your expertise, labeled as sponsored when it is.

Member community

An announcement in the chamber's members-only Discord, where owners trade ideas between events.

Measurement

Your tracked link on every placement, so your own analytics show what each channel did, and a wrap-up with every link and every number as measured.

What each level runs

Every level puts your business in front of the region. Advocate and Impact add a campaign.

What each membership level carries out for you. Prices and the full comparison are on the membership page.

How every campaign runs

Five steps, on your schedule.

1

Onboard

Your membership and directory listing go live, and you send your logo, copy, images and link.

2

Plan

Together we set the goal, the key dates and the order of placements.

3

Create

Our team drafts the posts, the spotlight and the article. Nothing runs without your approval.

4

Publish

Placements run on the agreed dates, with calendar listings where they help.

5

Wrap-up

A summary of everything delivered, with links and the numbers as measured.

Worked example

Bluehost ELEVATE, step by step.

Bluehost, a chamber member, is hosting ELEVATE, its free virtual Small Business Growth Summit, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, with a watch party in San Francisco. The chamber planned it as an Advocate campaign. Here is how the plan runs, from the first asset to the final report.

Oct. 23 to 27
Set up

The partner's images and approved copy come in. We add our "in partnership with" mark only where a layout has room, and the partner approves each file in writing. The calendar listing and the homepage spot are built and tested.

Oct. 28
Announce

The first social campaign goes out in English, then in Spanish the next day, saying plainly that the sessions are in English. The event takes the featured spot on the homepage, and the editorial post follows once the spokesperson's quote is approved.

Nov. 2
Spotlight

The newsletter spotlight: the partner's banner, the invitation and one registration button.

Nov. 3 and 4
Quiet days

Election Day. No sponsor posts while the chamber's civic and elections coverage has the floor.

Nov. 5 to 9
Countdown

The second social campaign counts down to the event, with a last call the day before: the San Francisco watch-party RSVPs close at 9 AM on the day.

Nov. 10
Event day

A "today" post in the morning. The homepage spot comes down at 4 PM, once the day is done.

By Nov. 17
Wrap-up

A one-page report to the partner: every placement with its date and link, newsletter and social results, and the registrations the partner credits to the chamber's link. Numbers as measured, never rounded up.

What the campaign carries
Events calendar Homepage spot Directory listing Newsletter spotlight Two social campaigns Editorial post Member Discord Wrap-up report
Why it works

Every placement points to one registration link, so the partner sees exactly what the chamber delivered.

The website pieces stay up and keep working, while the newsletter and social posts are short, timed pushes the partner's own channels can share.

Our house rules

How we treat your brand and our members.

A campaign is only as good as the trust behind it. These rules hold for every member, at every level.

✓One plan, agreed with you before anything runs: dates, channels, copy and images.
✓Your brand stays yours. We never redraw your marks or change your approved copy without your yes.
✓English and Spanish where it helps, and honest about the language of the event itself.
✓No reach claims we cannot back. You get the numbers as measured.
✕We never share the member list or send a separate sponsor email to it.
