VMR Fun Party

VMR Fun Party is on file with the chamber at 21308 Mission Blvd in Hayward, Alameda County, with Vittia Rodriguez named as manager and 2019 given as its starting year. This listing was compiled from public business records and is awaiting the owner's confirmation. One public directory shows the same phone number at an address in San Leandro, so treat Mission Blvd as the address on record rather than a confirmed location, and check where the business operates now before driving over.

What a party rental business usually handles

A business of this kind in Hayward usually rents the pieces that turn a backyard, a church hall or a community room into an event space: folding tables and chairs, canopies and tents, linens, and inflatable bounce houses for children's birthdays. Many also sell decorations and party supplies, and some assemble packages for baptisms, quinceañeras, weddings and graduations that combine furniture, décor and setup in one booking.

Delivery, setup and pickup are normally part of the job, with the charge depending on distance and on how much equipment goes out.

Planning a rental

Reserve early for weekends in late spring and summer, when graduation and wedding dates go first. Have a guest count and a rough sketch of the space ready, since the rental company sizes tables, chairs and any tent from them. Ask for a written quote that separates the rental from delivery and setup, and find out how large the deposit is and when it stops being refundable. For a bounce house, ask how much level ground it needs, whether it can be staked into your surface, and what happens if wind or rain forces a cancellation. Holding the party in a public park? Check with the city whether inflatables or canopies need a permit. Confirm the delivery window and the pickup time the evening before.

Where it delivers

Party rental companies based in Hayward commonly deliver across the middle of Alameda County, to Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont and Newark, and farther by arrangement. Ask whether your street falls inside the standard delivery zone or carries an added fee.
