DJ Alex Reyes Entertainment
A Fremont mobile DJ with sound and uplighting for weddings, quinceañeras and community events.
Acerca de
Alex Reyes has been a working mobile DJ since the first day of 2001, and DJ Alex Reyes Entertainment is the Fremont business he runs from home in the Orangewood Drive neighbourhood off Fremont Boulevard, near the Centerville district. The company says it serves the entire San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, and its calendar lists public bookings around Fremont, including a police department community event and a seasonal haunted-house run.
What a booking includes
The company sums up its offer as a positive and energetic mobile DJ, sound reinforcement and uplighting experience. In practice that is three services that can be booked together or apart:
- Mobile DJ for weddings, quinceañeras, school dances, corporate parties and community events, with the DJ handling music, announcements and the running order
- Sound reinforcement, meaning speakers, microphones and mixing for ceremonies, speeches and live performers, whether or not a DJ set follows
- Uplights, the coloured wall-wash lighting that turns a hall or a tent into a venue
The website carries an online booking page, separate logins for clients, guests and planners, and an online store, so a couple can plan a playlist and their guests can request songs before the night.
Booking the date
Popular Saturdays in late spring and early autumn go first, so contact the company as soon as the venue is confirmed. Have the date, venue, guest count, start and end times and the type of event ready. Ask what the quoted package includes in hours, equipment and setup time, whether the venue's power and load-in have been checked, what happens if the event runs long, and how the deposit and cancellation terms work. Ask whether Alex Reyes himself will be the DJ on the night, and send your must-play and do-not-play lists early.
Where the van goes
Fremont is the base, and most bookings fall within Newark, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas, San Leandro, Sunol and Pleasanton, though the company travels across the Bay Area and further for the right event. Orangewood Drive is a few minutes from Interstate 880 and the Fremont BART station.

What is included in a package?
Ask for the hours of performance, setup and teardown time, the equipment list, whether uplights and wireless microphones are included, and the hourly rate if the event runs long, all in writing.
Will Alex Reyes be the DJ at my event?
Ask directly when booking. Some DJ companies send an associate on busy dates; the answer should be in the contract.
